Safe, clean and the owners were very kind!! We stayed only for one night, because we had planned ahead, otherwise I definitely would have liked to stay longer!

Boasting a garden, Hospedaje Casa Monge is situated in San Gerardo de Dota, within 17 km of Cerro de la Muerte. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the apartment free of charge. Perfect tiny house in a cute nature place. The river is closed. You can park your car. It is cold during night but you have everything you need (blankets). Very clean, hot shower and the kitchen is well equiped. We saw a quetzal really early in the morning !

BEE Suites Santa Ana is situated in Santa Ana and has a pool with a view and garden views. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. New and excellent apartment, plenty space and distribution. Very quiet. Bathroom very big. Very comfortable for short or long stays. Bed and pillows were amazing.

Featuring lake views, Jardines Secretos offers accommodation with balcony, around 40 km from Cerro de la Muerte. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The Jardine Secretos Lodge is a spectacular lodge tucked away in the mountains and close to the Cloudbridge Nature Reserve. The room we had was the original owners house, all wood interior, 2 bedrooms, an a terrific porch with rocking chairs and a great view of the landscaping. It was a very charming house, the lodge even had a bottle of complimentary wine waiting for us. The Lodge had a very eclectic dining area, wonderful lighting and decorations for the Christmas holiday (or appropriately decorated for the next holiday), and the property was designed and built making a truly wonderful landscape and facilities. The secret garden walk was especially impressive, the amount of work and love that went into making this walking garden tour was nothing but magical for the variety and number of plants in the design. All right on the property too. The staff was extremely friendly and informative of their lodge and advice on the local attractions.
