Located just 5.3 km from La Sabana Metropolitan Park, BEE Suites San José - Escalante offers accommodation in San José with access to a fitness centre, a shared lounge, as well as a lift. If you want to stay close to Downtown San Jose, this is the place. A quiet neighborhood close to a street full of life and nice restaurants. Downtown is an easy walking distance. Check-in was fast and efficient and the on-site parking is very secure at no extra charge. Everything in our room was new and clean, including a washer and dryer. The view from the 11th floor was spectacular both at night and during the day. This is hands-down our first choice for a hotel San Jose

The apartment is well furnish with everything you need. Everything is at his palace and very clean!! the apartment is in a luxurious building with 24h concierge. We had 12h delay in our flight hence we arrived late at the appartement but Hannia was kind enough to let us stay a little bit longer the next day and help us book our shuttle to LaFortuna. Set in San José, 935 Lodge San José is a recently renovated accommodation, 50 km from Poas National Park and 4 km from La Sabana Metropolitan Park. Well appointed and very clean. The staff of wonderful! The furnishings are newer, and comfortable. I had a large two bedroom flat, the smaller ones are nice too recommend staying here.

Boasting a garden, Hospedaje Casa Monge is situated in San Gerardo de Dota, within 17 km of Cerro de la Muerte. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the apartment free of charge. Everything was fantastic, the location inside the Biosphere Nature Reserve and the Quetzals. The kitchen was very nice, beds were comfortable and the walk to the waterfall was lovely.

Featuring lake views, Jardines Secretos features accommodation with balcony, around 40 km from Cerro de la Muerte. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. We loved the story on this place and the Costa Rican family who owns it. They were extremely accommodating and just lovely people. The house was so much nicer than I expected and clean. A joy to have spent 3 nights there. The food was good.
