KAÑIK APART HOTEL in Puerto Viejo provides adults-only accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. The place is beautiful. Right in the middle of nature. We wish we could have stayed another night. The beach nearby is also beautiful with no one on it and lots of wildlife. We saw many birds and monkeys just walking along the beach! The rooms are comfy and we just loved the setting, very relaxing.

Located in Cahuita, 500 metres from Blanca and less than 1 km from Negra, Cahuita Apartment by Angie offers air conditioning. I loved my stay!! Angie and her daughter Anielka were extremely responsive and attentive! Checking in periodically to see if there was anything I needed. Made me feel very welcomed and at home. The space was large, with a full stock kitchen. The couch in the living room was also very comfortable. During the day, the house could get hot but using the air conditioner in the bedroom it wasn't an issue at all. I really enjoyed how quiet the area was, while conveniently walking distance to the main street of town. So great location!

Located in Tortuguero, Limon region, Apartamentos Caimán Tortuguero is set 400 metres from Tortuguero Beach. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. It was so nice to live in a small neighborhood instead of a tourist resort! Carlos, the host, was a wonderful help with any arrangements we needed. The apartment was spotless. We are going back to stay there again!

Everything. My favorite part was talking with the host. He was a very cool guy. He's like a father to me. He told me stories about his previous job and what we had in common. And I loved listening to his stories. I laughed plenty of times. The bathroom was great. The Wifi was perfect. The view was spectacular. If you're a nature lover, this is a perfect place for you. Living in the rainforest was just an incredible experience. Either when the sky is blue or when it's raining, the place gives you a memorable experience. And Playa Cocles is just right across the Calle Azania Street. The place is not far from downtown. And I was able to go to gym for 5 days in a row. My stay was perfect. I made the right pick of accommodation. When I visit Puerto Viejo again, I would stay here in Ocean Breeze again!

Boasting an open-air bath, garden and views of inner courtyard, Cahuita Lodge is set in Cahuita, a few steps from Negra. This apartment offers free private parking, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi.... The warm welcome from Josie and family. The washing machine needed fixing, so Josie's friend kindly offered to do our washing and dry it, for me that was a real treat! When we arrived, a sloth and iguana were pointed out to us. We had everything we needed for a very chilled out last few days of our holiday. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Excellent spacious room with sofa and TV with manyEnglish channels. Washing machine was available outside free of charge. Wonderful attentive hosts. It is a little hard to find!!!

Set in Talamanca in the Limon region, Casa RioNegro at Margarita Hills features accommodation with access to an open-air bath. Casa RioNegro was an amazing stay. The cabin is beautiful and equipped with everything you need for a long or short term stay. You can rent scooters or bikes from a nearby shop to get around to the beach and restaurants which are roughly 8-10 minutes away or just a few minutes by car. The garden outside the cabin and all the surrounding property is full of wildlife so If you are looking for a clean and comfortable stay in nature, this cabin is definitely the place. To top all that off, the host, Tree, is absolutely one of the best host I have come across. I feel like she went above and beyond to make my stay amazing!

Set in Tortuguero in the Limon region, Chilamate Room 2 features a balcony and city views. This apartment offers accommodation with a patio. really lovely apartment in a quiet location. the garden actually overlooks the nature reserve. we saw frogs, iguanas, capuchins and 2 anteaters just sat on the verandah outside the apartment. the apartment was very clean and well equipped. the hosts Adriana and Rodrigo were very friendly and Adriana showed us the wildlife in the garden. Fabian, who works for the hosts, took us on a wonderful canoe trip along the river and channels and pointed out loads of wildlife. he's very knowledgeable and also so friendly. he also took us on a walk through the reserve, which was really interesting and pointed out so much wildlife, he's so enthusiastic, it was a joy to accompany him. you can arrange tours with him through the accommodation.
