The location was perfect. It was close to everything. Hosts were friendly and helpful - explained everything about the apartment while showing us around it. They had a small book as well to help which contains tips as well about the city. The apartment was amazing, well designed, clean and complete. Even the baby's cot was prepared for us. We didnt have to assemble it ourselves - as compared to other places we stayed in. Parking was not far which makes it convenient. Place is baby friendly as well. If we go back in luzern we will for sure book again here.

He explain us everything regarding the apartment. He even left us fruit, chocolate, few things at the fridge. All the facilities was great!

Appartements Hofquartier are located in Luzern, a 10-minute walk from the train station and the KKL culture and convention centre and a 5-minute walk from the old town. The host gave clear instructions for self check in and what bus numbers to catch from the train station to the apartment. The apartment is clean with all the necessary utensils. Washing machine and dryer were provided in the basement. Host provided us with the Lucerne Visitor card which was a great help for free bus rides and discounted entrance for museums.
