The host gave clear instructions for self check in and what bus numbers to catch from the train station to the apartment. The apartment is clean with all the necessary utensils. Washing machine and dryer were provided in the basement. Host provided us with the Lucerne Visitor card which was a great help for free bus rides and discounted entrance for museums.
