It is located on an authentic farm surrounded by mountains and it was very inetresting to spend the night there. The rooms were so clean and comfortable! The host was great as well. We ordered dinner and it was home made and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

We made a booking for one night we extended it to 5 nights , really had a truly delightful experience. Conveniently located near to supermarkets, bakery , and 15 minutes walk to sevan lake it offered easy access to all places . The apartment is new , very clean, beautifully modern decorated, with a comfortable bed and kitchen equipped with everything that made our stay very enjoyable. The owner exceptionally friendly and attentive, he took us by his car and showed the area providing excellent recommendations for the places we can visit. He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. We appreciated his kindness and nice gesture. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting sevan.It’s a gem that combines comfort, excellent service, and a great location, and I would certainly return."

We thought this accommodation was really homely and lovely. It's in a very quiet area which we really appreciate , and that along with the extremely comfortable bed made our stay peaceful and wonderful. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need in the kitchen as well as an exciting shower. And the family who own it are very pleasant and kind. They allowed us even to leave our bags until 5pm as we were getting the train. We hope to visit again next year!

Brand new comfort apartments in Sevan city asub Sevanis. Apartemendis on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja kohapeal saab tasuta parkida. The flat is amazing. There is everything you might need. Because there were lots of different kitchen things, we had no issues cooking our favorite breakfasts. The hosts are just perfect. We got a bit lost on our way to the building, and they would find us and pick up and deliver us home. Thanks so much!
