Hostess was very kind and hospitable. There was a very cold and rainy day and she provided us with some tea, free of charge. We can also recommend optional breakfast, which was delicious and huge.

Cozy guest house is set in Sevan. Free WiFi is at guests' disposal throughout the property. The apartment is composed of 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom. 非常好，强烈推荐。It's new on booking, so there weren't any specific reviews. The location on Google Maps is incorrect, leading us to a home where a local family kindly helped us. They even drove us to what we thought was the correct address, with their three kids squeezed into the car with their mom and dad. However, once again, we ended up knocking on the wrong door. After an hour and a lot of warm-hearted assistance, we finally arrived at our destination. This experience became a memorable adventure, showing us just how friendly Armenians are. (Tip: Use Yandex Maps in this area. The guest house is the right-hand room on the 3rd floor of the outermost gate.) To our surprise, the interior was modern and well-equipped. The sofa bed, which is usually uncomfortable, was so cozy that we couldn't bring ourselves to get out of it. The place had everything we needed, including a kitchen to cook and make coffee. The water pressure was strong, even though the host warned us that the water might be turned off after midnight. Thankfully, that didn't happen during our stay. The location is great—just a 15-minute walk to the public beach and a five-minute walk to downtown.

I highly recommend this place to everyone, you won’t regret it! Everything was clean, the temperature was great, even in cold weather! So give it a try, it's like the Maldives only in Armenia haha

Mardoyan's Guest house is offering accommodation in Gavarr. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. The place is great. You can park your car in the yard and the rooms, there are two of them, are outside of the main house so it is very private and calm. We had both breakfast and dinner and it was just amazing. So much delicious food, we really enjoyed both meals greatly. The owners are super nice like it is always the case in Armenia. Definitely worth staying here.

تقع الشقق المريحة الجديدة في مدينة سيفان في سيفان. ويتميز مكان الإقامة بإطلالات على المدينة ويقع على بعد 40 كم من إيجيفان. The flat is amazing. There is everything you might need. Because there were lots of different kitchen things, we had no issues cooking our favorite breakfasts. The hosts are just perfect. We got a bit lost on our way to the building, and they would find us and pick up and deliver us home. Thanks so much!
