Location was perfect. Close enough to walk to main wharf area but far enough away to be out of the madness. Apartment was clean and thoughtfully appointed. Beds very comfy. Tamia from the rental company was great.

Property was very well-maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable although additional blankets and pillows would have been appreciated. For a two nights day, we were given each a towel for a party of six. There were three bathrooms, 2 bath towels in each. Nice three bedroom layout and it was a perfect size for our family. A little bit of a walking distance down to the wharfs, but it’s all shops and restaurants as you scroll down Thames. There is a convenient store gas station next to the property which was very convenient for us as well.

Our hostess was very communicative. There was parking in the driveway and on the street. Grateful to have access to a beach umbrella for a beach excursion and really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine!
For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
What did we like? We loved, loved, loved the location! The Sea Breeze Inn is close enough to downtown Newport's shops and eats to get there conveniently, and yet it is far enough away from all that traffic and congestion so you can relax and enjoy some solitude. We also liked the fact that the windows in our room actually worked as windows are supposed to, letting in those great ocean breezes, and letting us breathe fresh air. We also liked the cooked to order breakfasts each morning.
The breakfast was typical motel continental breakfast. Cereal, bagels, bananas, apples, coffee, tea.
The location was convenient.
The staff was very pleasant.
The motel was very pleasant about letting us have our dog and the rate for having him was reasonable.
The rooms felt like a studio apartment
Matress was comfortable so many hotels are choosing mattresses that are way too soft

Everything was PERFECT again. Room 208 was VERY Clean, Maid service gals did an EXCELLENT job, Courtesy Desk Staff was Spot On also. Spacious Room & Bed were Very Comfortable. EXCELLENT Flat Screen TV. Just a NICE Hotel, especially for the room size and value. One of the several reasons WHY, we've stayed here over 20 diiferent times during the last 10+ yrs!!!
