The location was phenomenal. The Inn is at the bottom of the main "downtown" area for Newport, so we could just step outside and head north until we found something that piqued our interest. Plus, being right on top of the bar, it was easy to find any wayward group members when we needed to regroup: They were at the bar.

Loved the location , very close to restaurants, shops etc. Lovely accomodation, large roof terrace although our weather only permitted us to use it fully on 1 day however that's nature for you.

Spacious, architecturally interesting and well appointed. Parking was a real bonus.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. What did we like? We loved, loved, loved the location! The Sea Breeze Inn is close enough to downtown Newport's shops and eats to get there conveniently, and yet it is far enough away from all that traffic and congestion so you can relax and enjoy some solitude. We also liked the fact that the windows in our room actually worked as windows are supposed to, letting in those great ocean breezes, and letting us breathe fresh air. We also liked the cooked to order breakfasts each morning.
The breakfast was typical motel continental breakfast. Cereal, bagels, bananas, apples, coffee, tea.
The location was convenient.
The staff was very pleasant.
The motel was very pleasant about letting us have our dog and the rate for having him was reasonable.
The rooms felt like a studio apartment
Matress was comfortable so many hotels are choosing mattresses that are way too soft

Everything was PERFECT again. Room 208 was VERY Clean, Maid service gals did an EXCELLENT job, Courtesy Desk Staff was Spot On also. Spacious Room & Bed were Very Comfortable. EXCELLENT Flat Screen TV. Just a NICE Hotel, especially for the room size and value. One of the several reasons WHY, we've stayed here over 20 diiferent times during the last 10+ yrs!!!
