We urgently required a place to stay for 4 adults, after we were evacuated due to hurricane Ian. This is a little gem in a very quiet neighbourhood. While it is compact, it has everything you require. Described as a kitchenette, there was nothing we were short of, dishwasher, huge refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and plenty of appliances. We were personally delighted with the toaster, and an electric kettle. Everything was clean, and working. There is also a washing machine and dryer.
There was lovely fresh linen, on comfortable beds. Plenty of room to eat, with a full size table and 4 chairs. The sitting area is small and comfortable for 3 adults, to chill and watch TV. Air conditioning, internet and parking available.
It is within walking distance of a handy grocery shop, and lovely walks to the nearby lakes.
The owner was available to communicate with, and very helpful. Notification re door access, and wifi information were given readily on the day we were to arrive.
I would recommend this little gem.

We loved how close it was to town, without hearing all the hustle and bustle! The sound barrier was wonderful with people renting the apartments next door. Everything was so clean and comfortable as well.

Location was perfect for me to visit friends just a few blocks away. Also there was a safe place to get my cat outside behind the house despite it's location on a busy street. I like the idea that the historic homes in this part of Lakeland are being renovated and shared with so many others by using them as short term rentals.
It had everything I needed. The apartment was clean and I really appreciated the standing desk. The furniture was comfortable. It was centrally located to everywhere I needed to go. Excellent place to stay when visiting Lakeland.
The apartment was very clean and was everything we needed. It was quite and the host would check to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone.
Apartment was clean and quiet. The street was narrow, but the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Parking in the rear took a little getting used to, but worth it! I look forward to renting this place again on the next trip.
Simple quaint downtown apt only block from main st and multiple lovely lake with gueen swans l would recommend this property to anyone who travel to the area. So l would not only Give them 10 stars but 10 goldstars owner is very accommodating and thinks of everything him Tenants could need
As a side note, this was a last minute. Rush booking as I actually live in Tampa, Florida and was forced to evacuate my high-rise condo. Due to hurricane.
