I was staying here the day before a cruise. Marie’s touch on the flags that represent the country of origin of her guest. I also love the bikes! We went on a late night bike ride and it was wonderful. The beach is so close to the property it’s remarkable. Then I met this lady Saline from last Vegas she was wonderful she showed us around. This is such a beautiful property with amazing people! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I will definitely come back!

What a gorgeous, self-catering unit! The downstairs space was perfect, which included a downstairs toilet, living room kitchen and there was a cute balcony which overlooked the waterway. It was a perfect way to enjoy the sunset. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom were very spacious, too! The entire apartment was very well decorated.
The apartment was comfortable & it was nice to be able to cook & grill. The kitchen had everything we needed. Also, the public beach access was very close & convenient. It was a 5 minute walk from the doorway of our condo to having our toes in the ocean. We contacted the host & she was helpful & easy to deal with.
Our stay was for 10 nights. Our so-called studio (for me, this is a regular hotel room) had an amazing view of the bay, spectacular, with large balcony. We were on the 14th floor, but which apartment you will obtain is a subject of availability. All is as on the photos - the beds, the renovated bathroom, and the storage (big enough). The swimming pool was good as well. The host - Victoria rentals are real professionals, very responsive and helpful.
Spacious clean apartment with kitchen facilities and use of a washer dryer. Also use of a roof top pool, which was as warm as bathwater, plus there is a gym and free coffee facilities. Parking is free and you have a permit to use for your stay. A welcome bag of a few basics was a nice touch. A great view of the Miami skyline from the balcony. Walking distance to Target for some food essentials. Perfectly adequate for a short stay rental.
I stayed in studio flat with balcony with my friends for 3 nights. The apartment was very clean and spacious. I appreciate the balcony, the free parking and the breakfast was also good. There are available also kayak and bikes. The building is very close to the center and about 1h45 driving to Key West. I really recommend it!
I liked the property itself, It was a nice walk to the beach. The studio apartment was clean and bed was comfortable. I liked the location. It would be a good room for a short stay and if you plan to eat out. It is close to all the places that we like to visit in St Augustine.
