We stayed for 8 nights. The best apartment rental I have ever came across traveling. I have been a frequent visitor to Ashland the last 6 years, and from now on I will only stay at this beautiful property in the hills. Hoping for availability. The apartment was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The decor is stylish, furniture and beds are comfortable. Extra towels, beddings provided, as well as heating blankets for colder nights. We didn't need to turn on the heater, our days were warm, the air-conditioning unit worked great. Location and the view is the best. The street is quiet, hiking trails just outside the door. Parking is easy and plenty on the street as well as right next to the apartment for convenience. Our host was friendly, informative and always available. Very highly recommended, just please don't book the days I want to stay there :).
Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Modern Luxe Crash Pad- Pet Friendly is set in Ashland. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the apartment free of charge.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Great immaculately clean and comfortable apartment with a pretty view in a wonderful location. The owner Mercy was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
The staff tried hard, it was an attempt at shakespearring the hotel but kinda felt flat. comfortable beds, only a few lamps, none on either side of the bed.
Very reasonable for Ashland and a descent room. Easy check in right at 3pm. I was upstairs close to the office and it was quite enough. Comfy bed and low pressure shower, but did the job. Plenty of food close by, but many packed on a Saturday morning. I walked to downtown for a Shakespear play in late afternoon and felt safe enough by myself, even coming back at 11pm. It's 1.5 miles, flat and easy. Maybe not for everyone, but I enjoyed the walk and weather.
The check-in was easy and well described in our welcome message even though we arrived around midnight. The location was in a quiet neighbourhood close to the city center. The whole building had a cool and vintage vibe which translated into our booked room ‘the artists abode’. The room was executed very well and we both liked the style of the interior. We particularly enjoyed that the space felt as a small apartment with soul rather than an ordinary hotel room experience. We will definitely come back if we have the chance.
The room was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. Sleeping was a bit uncomfortable as the room was very stuffy and the pillows too lofty. The location is excellent for visiting SOU. Overall, a very good hotel for the price.
