The best apartment rental I have ever came across traveling. I have been a frequent visitor to Ashland the last 6 years, and from now on I will only stay at this beautiful property in the hills. Hoping for availability. The apartment was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The decor is stylish, furniture and beds are comfortable. Extra towels, beddings provided, as well as heating blankets for colder nights. We didn't need to turn on the heater, our days were warm, the air-conditioning unit worked great. Location and the view is the best. The street is quiet, hiking trails just outside the door. Parking is easy and plenty on the street as well as right next to the apartment for convenience. Our host was friendly, informative and always available. Very highly recommended, just please don't book the days I want to stay there :).

The nearest airport is Salem Municipal (McNary Field) Airport, 28 km from the apartment. Amazing view!!! Very peaceful. Lovely service and rooms were exactly as described online. Very pleased will definitely be coming back often. 😍👍 Also they have 2 outside farm cats that are absolutely beautiful that'll enjoy the view with you and keep you company outside only. 🐱

The area was quiet and the garden was beautiful. I had the pleasure of seeing a hummingbird, squirrel and a very friendly orange cat as a bonus! The back swing was also very comfortable to use. It was very easy to get around within the area. The hosts were wonderful and the space inside was pristine. I loved how things were labelled and there were clear instructions for check out as well as usage of items during my stay. It was a blessing to have this be my home away from home for the 5 nights while I was back in Portland again. I would absolutely stay here again!

Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings from an outdoor dining area. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. This little house was so cute and centrally located to both downtown portland and other interesting areas like the Alberta Arts district and Hawthorne. I was able to travel everywhere I wanted without a car and trips were usually a direct bus line away. The backyard was beautiful and the bed was super cozy as well.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 1.6 km from Oak Knoll Golf Course. This was one of my all time favorite stays. The studio had everything I needed, plus extra touches like chilled drinking water, light snacks and a great line up of channels on ROKU. I absolutely will be staying here again.
