We were there for kayak in the Dalyan river. Location was great. It is close to the Dalyan center for shopping and far from center for silence. There is a cafe/restaurant with great breakfast just across the house. Owner was also nice, polite and easy to negotiate. Flexible CI/CO times depending on the availability. Our stay was great value for the money. I do not like pools but if you like it, check if it is open. It may be closed in early spring and late autumn.

We've been to Dalyan every year for the past ten and this was by far the best accommodation. Large well decorated apartment and immaculately clean. Fantastic pool area with a great bar and plenty of shade. Location could not be better, right in town a stones throw from our favorite bars, restaurants and the river boats, and yet quiet and peaceful.
Lale and the rest of the staff could not do enough for us, a warm welcome on arrival, attentive service at the bar, arranging sun beds for us, providing an excellent breakfast, even when I got up at noon on one day! ... nothing was too much trouble.
This is the first time we've booked our next stay before we even left ... can't wait to return in October!

It's one of my favorite places in Turkey!
I intended to stay for 3 nights but ended up staying for 8. The place was spotless and comfortable, with a sparkling pool, well-equipped kitchen, accommodating host and staff, and adorable, well-mannered pets. There were ample cookware and plates, but no spices, oil, etc. in the kitchen, however, the host provided necessities upon request.
The property was a 15-minute walk to the city center or a 5-7-minute bike ride away, but for the price/value, it was a good trade-off. I enjoyed the walks and bike rides and taking in the scenery and fauna. I looked at a few other places in my price point and determined this was the best - the others would have been quite noisy with fewer amenities.
There is a small, well-stocked grocery/bottle shop nearby called Mutaroglu.
A thoughtful, hearty, and delicious breakfast was included every day, different each time.

Very nice and autenthic place with spacious and well equiped terrace with a beautiful view in the centre of nature, out of city sounds and lights. We ordered drinks and food by phone which were prepared in calm coffee bar just under our flat. I recommed this place to people who like accomodation with a spirit. Few minutes by car are another restos and small grocery store and amazing natural Iztuzu beach.
I didn't sleep there. I booked the flat for only one night due to an emergency with my car. I was told immediately by the owner that for one night I have to pay an additional twenty euro for cleaning. If I don't want that I can cancel for free. Like this it was too expensive for me and I canceled. But as I got my money back without a problem and as he communicated so clearly it was still a good experience as it is a trustworthy owner.
The view was wonderful and the interiors quickly and letting you feel completely immersed in nature, still with the comfort of air con etc.

We booked an overnight stay after a late flight from Dalaman airport. Our flight was delayed, but our host was great at accommodating our late check-in. Check-in and out were very easy, and the host would reply very quickly to our messages. The apartment was very clean and everything went great. Car parking was available outside the apartment, which was convenient. We would definitely stay again. 5 stars for the host.
I had an amazing stay at OrtacaBungalow in Mugla, Turkey. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature and offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The main room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom were all well-appointed and comfortable. The amenities, including WiFi, washing machine, and BBQ, were convenient and added to the overall experience. I particularly enjoyed spending time in the garden and dining area, immersing myself in the tranquility of the surroundings. I highly recommend this vacation rental for a refreshing and calming getaway.
We just wanted somewhere to stay for a night near the airport, this was a large clean apartment run by a nice family, we arrived around 2am and called the owner once we were outside, someone came and took us inside and showed us to our apartment
