The room was amazing, a great apartment by the sea with spectacular views. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They prepared special vegan food for us for breakfast, and for dinner when we stayed in the room. They helped us book excursions and cleaned the room spotless every day. We loved the place especially because we felt alone just our family, yet well taken care of by the staff.
Swimming in the sea is great in the afternoon when the bay fills with more water. In the morning you can dip in the sea. We also loved swimming in the clean pools.
We rented a car at the airport because of the secluded location which made our holiday absolutely perfect because we could go everywhere, and come back to the beautiful location.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Sao was amazing & helped with anything we needed (Laundry/bike). The room was clean & had a fridge, comfy bed & tea/coffee making facilities. Good value for money. The bungalow was spacious and light, with everything provided, including a long mirror, shower curtain and hair dryer (which are often forgotten)! Great to have a pool, too, and air conditioning as well as a fan as it was very hot sticky weather. The location is very quiet, despite being only a brief walk to the main street and the beach. Jeff is good hearted and attentive, beneath his bluff Aussie exterior.

I really enjoy my big Hut here. I have a Balcony that protects from Sun and Rain, a bigger Room with a nice Bed and 2 Chairs. I have enough space for everything. Lamai is nearby and within 5 Minutes walking I am in full streets even though I have a Hut that is not directly next to the next Room or Hut and gives me a spacy and comfy feeling.

The location was wonderful, and the apartment complex very beautiful, with mountain views out the window. The apartment is very near to fun food stalls, a well-stocked 7-11, and produce and seafood markets, and a short walk or Grab car away from Chaweng beach. We felt it gave us a little taste of local life and culture on Ko Samui!

Lovely little property just a quick 5 min walk from the Lamai Night Market and the beach! The 2-br apartment had all the amenities our family needed for our trip.
It was a lovely made up room in a great location with staff who made our beds and swept everyday. Although the street is nice and lively, the rooms are protected from the noise in the resort. There is a private path to the lovely beach which was wonderful. Plenty of eating places nearby, laundry nearby, and scooter rental nearby.
Andrei picked us up from the airport and made sure we are arriving at the Villa.

I went Thai boxing in the morning starting 7AM and a well known bix studio is about 15min walk reachable.
Also the beach is near and supermarkets, Restaurants. Restaurant Lucky elephant offered good quality, also take away.

I stayed with my husband and my parents - we were visiting Samui for the first time. The staff are absolutely fantastic and I cannot rate their service enough. The pool is clean and a good size. The restaurant is open and airy and very close to the beach. It’s quiet and peaceful, and you can walk to the Main Street in just a few minutes. There are jet ski rentals available on the beach. The food is very good, though I would not recommend the pizza. We loved the happy hour offers!

We really enjoyed our stay at Phannarai House. The host was so welcoming and lovely. She gave us so much information about Koh Samui when we arrived and also welcomed us with a coconut drink each. The room had great facilities and was very clean - it was more like a studio apartment than a bedroom. The bed was also very comfortable. The hotel has a large pool which we didn't get to use but it looked ideal. The hotel is also in a good location close to the main area in Lamai.
Such a gem of a property!! We came here for our honeymoon and chose the penthouse room. The room had the most amazing views of the beach and was relatively quiet. Martin and his staff were extremely helpful with assisting us with scooter rental, taxis and tours. We had the most amazing breakfast each morning and loved the complimentary massages. Would definitely come back!! Highly recommend!
Only a few mins walk from Lamai strip, lotus only a 10 min walk. Property was amazing! Self catering was a huge bonus they have everything you need! Lots of space in the apartment. Cozy beds. Loved the pool! Each apartment has its own outside space with chairs and tables so no need to fight for a spot! Whole place was beautiful! Staff very friendly and helpful! We stayed over Christmas and it was perfect! Deffo will be back!
