Breakfast was super, enough options for every kind of an eater . Only it is important to know that the high (low ) tide the sea level not high enough for swimming on the hotel beach is. One has to plan with the hotel transfer to LAMAI or CHaweng the daily trips. Or a car rent a good idea there is. Otherwise the Hotel is in a super peaceful area with wonderfull scenery.

Quiet and peaceful location set amongst gardens about one block back from the beach. Lots of restaurants and 711 close by. We loved Lamai beach. The staff were lovely and helpful. Cleaning is available as often as you want. Strong aircon, big Tv, comfortable bed. We stayed for a month in a one bedroom cottage with kitchen which was ideal for us.

The hotel exceeded expectations. You will have a separate spacious bungalow made of teak wood, on a cliff. The bed and mattress are very comfortable, there is a kettle, tea, coffee. If the bungalow is located higher - you will see the sea. The large and deep pool deserves special praise. I want to come back to this hotel and stay longer.

+ Possibly the best equipped accommodation I've stayed at, especially considering the size of the apartment. It really had everything we needed.
+ It's a little bit outside Chaweng, which we welcomed as it was far from the hustle and bustle of the nightlife in central Chaweng. There are plenty of cheap restaurants around (I recommend Surin & Michael Restaurant - massive portions of tasty food at reasonable prices), and you can easily access central Chaweng on a scooter in less than 10 minutes or on foot in a bit more than 30 minutes. Mind you, there are no taxis or buses in that area.
+ Reasonable price for Chaweng which is normally on the pricey side.

Lovely little property just a quick 5 min walk from the Lamai Night Market and the beach! The 2-br apartment had all the amenities our family needed for our trip.
It was a lovely made up room in a great location with staff who made our beds and swept everyday. Although the street is nice and lively, the rooms are protected from the noise in the resort. There is a private path to the lovely beach which was wonderful. Plenty of eating places nearby, laundry nearby, and scooter rental nearby.
Andrei picked us up from the airport and made sure we are arriving at the Villa.
All equipment and discription as indicated.
Steem path to the Villa and requires some condition but also with two Kids feasible.
I went Thai boxing in the morning starting 7AM and a well known bix studio is about 15min walk reachable.
Also the beach is near and supermarkets, Restaurants. Restaurant Lucky elephant offered good quality, also take away.

I stayed with my husband and my parents - we were visiting Samui for the first time. The staff are absolutely fantastic and I cannot rate their service enough. The pool is clean and a good size. The restaurant is open and airy and very close to the beach. It’s quiet and peaceful, and you can walk to the Main Street in just a few minutes. There are jet ski rentals available on the beach. The food is very good, though I would not recommend the pizza. We loved the happy hour offers!

We really enjoyed our stay at Phannarai House. The host was so welcoming and lovely. She gave us so much information about Koh Samui when we arrived and also welcomed us with a coconut drink each. The room had great facilities and was very clean - it was more like a studio apartment than a bedroom. The bed was also very comfortable. The hotel has a large pool which we didn't get to use but it looked ideal. The hotel is also in a good location close to the main area in Lamai.
Such a gem of a property!! We came here for our honeymoon and chose the penthouse room. The room had the most amazing views of the beach and was relatively quiet. Martin and his staff were extremely helpful with assisting us with scooter rental, taxis and tours. We had the most amazing breakfast each morning and loved the complimentary massages. Would definitely come back!! Highly recommend!
Only a few mins walk from Lamai strip, lotus only a 10 min walk. Property was amazing! Self catering was a huge bonus they have everything you need! Lots of space in the apartment. Cozy beds. Loved the pool! Each apartment has its own outside space with chairs and tables so no need to fight for a spot! Whole place was beautiful! Staff very friendly and helpful! We stayed over Christmas and it was perfect! Deffo will be back!
