The hospitality of the hostess stands out. The location was great for me. The full fitted kitchenette works great. It was a wonderful place to recharge after spending the day traveling through the area. I strongly recommend using the food service offered by the owner, food is excellent and with a fair price.

This was the most amazing place to stay. Right on the beach. Glorious views and such a clean and modern place. The shower and tub were a dream. It was quiet, conducive to total relaxation. The host was so helpful and answered any questions immediately. Beds were so comfy, and the AC had great controllers.

The owners were friendly and extraordinarily helpful. The apartment was flawlessly clean, and just the right size for our group of three. There was extra water in the fridge (although maybe somebody else left it?), as well as fresh towels and extra soap. Also it is located right between the hills and forests of Utuado, and the beaches of Arecibo. The apartment is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. We had all-hours access via the front gate, and it was easy to come and go without (hopefully) disturbing the owners downstairs.
Nice and quiet place in the woods. The apartment was big and nice. The internet connection, once the initial problems solved by the owners, was good. Breakfast was not included but there was a coffee machine and biscuits, which was sufficient for us.
It was the best lodging I had in 10 days of touring around Puerto Rico. Neri and Idelfonso were warm and welcoming, and the location is stunning. There's a river right outside! The facilities in the apartment suited our needs perfectly. I would have gladly stayed longer.
The location is amazing. it is directly across the street from the ocean and one of the best restaurants on the island Salitre. The apartment is small but cozy and has a very comfortable bed. also has a fridge and microwave as well as a two burner cook top. overall an incredible value.
The bedroom, towels, fridge and bathroom were really clean. Inside the apartment was perfectly clean! Good air conditioner in the bedroom and nice TV with Netflix included, nice! The owner was always available via phone calls.
