Nice and quiet place in the woods. The apartment was big and nice. The internet connection, once the initial problems solved by the owners, was good. Breakfast was not included but there was a coffee machine and biscuits, which was sufficient for us.

The jacuzzi in the house was a plus....a nice way to end the day after a day at the beach. i would definitely come back here if i am back in that area.

The location. There are outdoor facilities in the property that could be very good for large group that are comming with children and focused on cooking/plaing/swining. However for us as couple that just came for a night this was useless.

We loved the property. it has two balconies, one off the main bedroom with sunrise views. The area is quiet and felt very safe. We could park in a covered garage area protected by a sliding lockable gate. The property was excellent. Large rooms, a very well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
The best part was the welcome pack of milk, coffee, cold water etc. There was an attention to detail that reflected the quality of the welcome. The host had left an umbrella, beach cooler pack, beach chairs and towels. etc. a list of local amenities and restaurants etc. Basically nothing seemed forgotten and showed care for the guests.

The owners were friendly and extraordinarily helpful. The apartment was flawlessly clean, and just the right size for our group of three. There was extra water in the fridge (although maybe somebody else left it?), as well as fresh towels and extra soap. Also it is located right between the hills and forests of Utuado, and the beaches of Arecibo. The apartment is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. We had all-hours access via the front gate, and it was easy to come and go without (hopefully) disturbing the owners downstairs.

It was the best lodging I had in 10 days of touring around Puerto Rico. Neri and Idelfonso were warm and welcoming, and the location is stunning. There's a river right outside! The facilities in the apartment suited our needs perfectly. I would have gladly stayed longer.
The location is amazing. it is directly across the street from the ocean and one of the best restaurants on the island Salitre. The apartment is small but cozy and has a very comfortable bed. also has a fridge and microwave as well as a two burner cook top. overall an incredible value.
The bedroom, towels, fridge and bathroom were really clean. Inside the apartment was perfectly clean! Good air conditioner in the bedroom and nice TV with Netflix included, nice! The owner was always available via phone calls.
