Julie and Cam were exceptionally welcoming. Bed was extremely comfortable, kitchen had all the essentials, TV had netflix and other streaming apps, 2 minute walk from a gorgeous 9 mile white sand beach, everything about this place was amazing.

Matt, who was looking after the place was super! I wanted to cook but the kitchen had cookware in terrible condition. He immediately brought me something I could use and metal utensil for the grill. Later, he brought me a new pot and pan! Thank you! Liked the TV options.

The location was close to the ocean. Listening to the waves at night was very soothing. Breakfast was great. Our hosts were very friendly.

This was such a beautiful place to spend a few nights! So nice to have the option of upgrading to a full apartment if desired. Met a friendly dog that we could take to the beach which is a stone's throw away! So peaceful, the room is so cosy. Would love to come back. Sunrise on the beach was a beautiful way to start the day.
We had a great stay at The Barn at Bowentown, Waihi Beach. Communications with the property manager were friendly and helpful. Lovely modern apartment, well setup with everything you are likely to need. Close to Bowentown end of the beach.
We have stayed before, so felt lucky to get back in for a short stay again. This studio is very quiet and with a nice outlook, nice garden and very nice friendly hosts, who are pleasant and do not hassle their guests. Clean towels each day and basic's for breakfast there for you as well, . Once again like most Book.com places the cleaning cost is built in so no big clean up at the end or the carry on of waiting for the inspection at the end.
The Apartment was beautifully decorated and Bex was a Fantastic help when we arrived. Very central location and a short walk to the recommended cafe Flat White 👌
Cam and Julie were awesome hosts, a lovely friendly couple. we booked in for 2 nights but were lucky enough to end up staying 3 as we enjoyed it so much. a very relaxing stay and very close to the beach. Lovely touches to studio apartment, great shower ensuite, beautiful relaxing outdoor setting.
