In a great location. Host was extremely helpful. Dry clean and large comfortable bed. Everything you could possible need to cook a full meal if you wanted too. Plenty of tea, coffee sugar milk, etc and added bonus of breakfast. Would definitely recommend

The unique decor and style of the The Barn was stunning, the sheer ambiance whilst relaxing was second almost to none.
The bath and shower were wonderful and having a fully functional kitchen was a great bonus.
The barn gave us rest and relaxation for our stay which is exactly what we were after all the while close to amenities without the bother of "town" having the beach and estuary so close was a lovely little stroll and we found a great lookout for the morning.
A lovely way to kick off the 40th birthday weekend celebrations!

I liked the location and facilities were much better than the other hotel i stayed earlier hot pools was amazing and the studio was nice and clean and cozy.

This was such a beautiful place to spend a few nights! So nice to have the option of upgrading to a full apartment if desired. Met a friendly dog that we could take to the beach which is a stone's throw away! So peaceful, the room is so cosy. Would love to come back. Sunrise on the beach was a beautiful way to start the day.
We had a great stay at The Barn at Bowentown, Waihi Beach. Communications with the property manager were friendly and helpful. Lovely modern apartment, well setup with everything you are likely to need. Close to Bowentown end of the beach.
We have stayed before, so felt lucky to get back in for a short stay again. This studio is very quiet and with a nice outlook, nice garden and very nice friendly hosts, who are pleasant and do not hassle their guests. Clean towels each day and basic's for breakfast there for you as well, . Once again like most Book.com places the cleaning cost is built in so no big clean up at the end or the carry on of waiting for the inspection at the end.
The Apartment was beautifully decorated and Bex was a Fantastic help when we arrived. Very central location and a short walk to the recommended cafe Flat White 👌
Cam and Julie were awesome hosts, a lovely friendly couple. we booked in for 2 nights but were lucky enough to end up staying 3 as we enjoyed it so much. a very relaxing stay and very close to the beach. Lovely touches to studio apartment, great shower ensuite, beautiful relaxing outdoor setting.
