As soon as we drove out of the tunnel and saw the valley, we knew we were in for a treat. Lunde Turiststasjon is right at the beginning of the valley, nestled in the embrace of majestic mountains and overlooking a glacial lake. The views are simply amazing wherever you look. The apartment hut we stayed in had everything we needed, including a porch for relaxing late into the summer nights of Norway. The staff was friendly and professional, and the value of the stay was great.
Newly renovated apartment was amazing! Kitchen, sauna and bathroom were spotless. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The apartment was a nice 3 night stay in the middle of our Norwegian road trip from Bergen.
We made use of the washer and dryer in the apartment. The kitchen stovetop, oven, and coffee maker made the place comfortable and easy to prepare food. There was also a suana (free), hot tube (additional charge) that we did not use.
There were two grocery stores close by and multiple day hikes nearby.
The host was very responsive when we had questions.
Loved the modern apartment. First time we had a Sauna in the living room kitchen area!! Really clean and also great to be able to use the jacuzzi in the evening after a long Roadtrip.
Awesome host in a stunning location, surrounded by mountains and a lake. We had a great time on the lake with the rental kayaks. Price for the room and the kayaks were amazing. Thank you for the memories!
The location is just amazing. You can see the glacier, waterfalls, you can walk to the lake in 15 mins. The apartment has everything that you need, small kitchen even with a microwave and all utensils. The bathroom was renovated and nice. The area around was just amazing. The host was nice and proactive. We would definitely return.
The apartment was very large and comfortable, the sauna room was really nice, the kitchen is well equipped. The owner stopped by and made sure we are ok, and was welcoming.
