Regular two rooms apartment. Has everything you need. The bed was comfortable. Good location. Some places in the apartment weren't very clean, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. Some minor refresh needed. Ok for a short stay.

Used the property a few times in the past couple months and each time has been splendid! Great price and accommodations. Easy check- in/out. Located in a nice quiet area and the apartment is nicely renovated and always clean. The host is amazingly wonderful. Each visit is filled with a new complimentary treat - from flower arrangements, home baked goods, fruits/desserts, board games, even a few grocery items for your cooking needs. Everything so lovely and thoughtful.

The apartment is located in the center of Aizkraukle. It is just renovated, clean and comfortable. Has all necessary amenities (except kitchen towel, but there was paper towel). It is located on the 5th floor of soviet era apartment building. Initially we considered the title of the dwelling “Penthouse Apartments” as a joke. But in the morning when we woke up we enjoyed wonderful panorama - the river Daugava😊
Excellent value for money. From outside the house looks a bit "rough" - but on the inside it's brand new. Newly renovated, clean and apacious for a studio.
