It is located on the 5th floor of soviet era apartment building. Initially we considered the title of the dwelling “Penthouse Apartments” as a joke. But in the morning when we woke up we enjoyed wonderful panorama - the river Daugava😊

Excellent value for money. From outside the house looks a bit "rough" - but on the inside it's brand new. Newly renovated, clean and apacious for a studio.
