Good location, very nice and welcoming hosts ❤️. I really appreciate that they let us into the room early in the morning after a long journey , they helped to organize the taxi service. There is a very nice café serving delicious dishes we recommend to try 😀. Price was very reasonable..In case we are it this area, we will love to book this accomodation again

Nali met us on arrival and showed us the apartment. He was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was just a short walk from the bus stop and close to the beach and supermarket. The apartment was great for our family - plenty of seating areas, a good kitchen with mini stove, cooktop and toasted sandwich maker. We bought fish from the market and some veggies and cooked up a meal.

Host family were lovely, accommodating and friendly. A cute squirrel/chipmunk came to greet us when we arrived 😄 at night, you can watch the fireflies dance in the trees. Make sure you don't disturb the grumpy toad who comes to visit the bathroom in the night 🤗 the villa was clean, the beds were massive and comfy with intact mosquito nets and ceiling fans.

The green private area pleases the eye. Everything is very clean. The owner helps with all questions. We arrived late in the evening and were able to check in without any problems. The house is cozy, with all the amenities. The location is good, away from the busy road, but close to the beach and shops.

The host has many good contacts with, for example, surf schools, whale watching tours and scooter rental companies. The guest house also offers a laundry service, very practical! His wife prepared dinner for us once, it was heavenly! I would be happy to come back on my next trip to Sri Lanka. :)
Apartment was very spacious, clean and fully equipped with everything you may need (kitchen appliances, etc).
Quiet location, but not too far from the beach, restaurants and supermarket.
Breakfast can be ordered additionally, but regretfully we didn’t try.
Comfortable parking area (we were traveling around Sri Lanka by car, and it was very important).
We would only recommend to add some extra bath towels for long-stay guests :) Other than that - it was a great stay and we were sad to leave!
The staff were so lovely. Nothing was too much for them from making smoothies because I didn’t like whole fruit and making me a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast to letting me get changed in a room after being caught in a storm despite having already checked out. The aircon room was lush after being out in the heat all day and the view was beautiful. The rooms are basic but the bed was very comfortable and clean.

The flat is very large and clean. Everything you need is there, WiFi and hot water works perfectly. The owner is very nice.
It's a bit out of the way and quiet, but it's not far to the nearest bus stop.

This is a beautiful property for a good price where you get your own apartment with kitchenette, big comfy bed and lovely bathroom. The pool area is a lovely place to relax and the hosts are all very friendly and happy to help however they can. I just wish we had stayed for longer! It is located well for mirissa and they run a tuk tuk service that will take you into town rather than a 15 minute walk.

They also help with cab bookings at genuine prices, not the inflated tourist prices.

We’ve booked the penthouse suite towards the garden. The apartment was quiet, clean&well equipped (incl. washing machine). Mirissa beach, harbour, city center, restaurants and shops are in walking distance. Friendly staff, who supports e.g. for TukTuk services. Delicious breakfast. We liked it!
Location is amazing! We are very thankful to super friendly Mimoza team! Our penthouse apartment had balcony with a real jungle touch… all birds and squirrels and peacocks and fruit bats in a tree a bit further away…
