We like that fact that we only stayed one night ..When we arrived everything seemed nice and cozy ..
We both enjoyed the pool and the garden and thought it best to stay in for tea ..
I ordered the devilled chicken and that is exactly what it is 😡 choped chickens feet all bone and gristle in a sweet n sour sauce '' could of been made in some back street alleyway ? And NO i never eat it...
In the morning the breakfast was just has bad a slice of cucumber & tomatoe with processed sausages and 1 egg and sliced bred ..😡
When leaving the property the owner tried to add the food to our bill ? I refused to pay and he took it off ..Penny pinching tighter than a ducks bottom..😡

My stay at Seascape Villa was truly enjoyable. The apartments are cozy and well-equipped, each with its own kitchen, which made it feel like a home away from home. The location is fantastic — just a 2-minute walk (250 meters) to the beach.
The beach is clean, peaceful, and never too crowded. There are several cafes along the shore, serving delicious food.
Having a washing machine at the place was really convenient, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay. The owner was really friendly and always ready to offer support when needed.
Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay, whether for a short trip or a longer visit by the sea.

For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
The apartment has all the basic facilities including a kitchen and lounging area. It was clean and the host assisted us when we needed an iron. An ironing board was also available. AC's worked great as well.
We stayed here for 4 weeks, and it was the best time we had in Sri Lanka. The whole house is beautiful and the private pool is fantastic.
The hosts Judy and Neil were so amazing, couldn't do enough for us. The whole apartment was excellent. It was very well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean.
The area is nice and they can arrange transport and advise on places to visit.
Thank you Judy and Neil, we came as guests and left as friends, thoroughly recommend staying here.
Our stay at Karl Holiday Bungalows was fabulous! We stayed in a lovely room with a balcony, from where we could see the sun setting each evening. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room spotlessly clean, a/c works really well. There are individual fridges for each of the guest rooms, kitchen facilities and a washing machine (500 rupees). Dill, the owner, assisted us with scooter rental at a very reasonable cost, also a Tuk Tuk 🛺 ride to our next destination. Loved everything about this place.
