Beautiful property, looked good on photos but it’s stunning in person!! The host was very kind and made us a delicious plentiful vegetarian breakfast, he helped us with the ATM and our onward tuktuk transport, such a lovely man!
Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious with lovely natural lighting, good mosquito net, bathroom was clean, clean large fridge available to use in the communal space along with kettle/tea, Aircon and Wi-Fi were good. Just off of the main road, short walk to cafes along the main road. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!!

The hosts were so friendly and helpful. They made us breakfast each morning and loaned us their scooter to go to the shops. The gardens were lovely, growing lots of fruit and veg. We were able to use their outdoor kitchen to cook food. The bed was comfortable and room had fan but not air con.

We went to that place for a day's stay and it seemed to us that there was no security around the place and we asked for the accommodation we had booked in it then they asked us how many rooms do you need for him then I decided to leave the place and it was a brothel book this place Those who do should book very carefully and avoid staying at the place

The best hosts ever and the best accommodation in Sri Lanka I've ever had! The host brought us from the center to the apartment for free, his lovely wife treated us to snacks and juices every day, they helped organize a trip to Polonnaruwa at a great price. The breakfast was delicious with a view of a wonderful lake with peacocks walking around. I highly recommend it!
A warm family welcome on arrival. Great value for money. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the house design attractive. Wifi was effective. Set in a nicely maintained flower-filled village just out of town, with plenty of relaxed monkeys in the trees nearby. The husband's father lives next door and provided cheap and reliable transport on call and a very affordable elephant-viewing excursion was arranged. Breakfasts were provided at my preferred time. Perfect for a short stay to enjoy the eco park and other attractions.
Manike Lodge is a very nice residence, situated a bit far off in the woods, therefore nice and quiet at night.
The apartment house is placed in a very nice garden. The rooms are very big, the beds are good, the balcony very nice. Everything was very clean and neat. The breakfast was very nice, we’ve got everything we needed from tea to toast, pancakes and fruit!
The residence owner is super friendly and always helpful.

Very big bedroom with large bathroom. Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Complementary juice and water on arrival and the breakfast was massive! I saved the flatbread and bananas to take with me and have for lunch. Very friendly and welcoming staff
Great Host! He cared so much about me and put in lots of effort. He drove me to Pirundangala as well as Sigiriya Rock and also managed a safari for me on very short notice. Himself and his wife are just about the loveliest people you will meet! Thanks lots for letting me stay at your place! I had a great time
Lovely family. I was really looked after. They arranged the elephant safari for me and the guide was great. They organised a bicycle rental for me, brought to the guest house and returned when I had finished with it. Got me tuk tuk whenever I needed. Beautiful garden, so well kept, lovely terrace to enjoy the garden view. A really lovely place.
A very good place for a short stay.clean and tidy. Staffs were friendly and supportive. Located close to the main city of habarana and have access to all places. Safari facility also available
The only concern is thr was no A/C in the rooms.
