Easy code access to the building and the unit. No need for physical keys. Host was very accessible by text message. Very clean and nice luxury building with an elevator. They were doing some renovations in the building when we were there so we weren’t able to see it in all of its glory, but the unit was pristine with 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2 baths. Location was better than expected being that it is not in central Seoul. There were tons of restaurants in a variety of styles, cafes as well as a grocery store in the area within a 2-4 block walk. 95 bus takes you straight to the Sosa stop on the 1 train which gets you to central Seoul in 30 min or so.
Terrace House Hwagok station offers accommodations in Seoul, 3.2 miles from Gimpo International Airport Station and 4.7 miles from Yeongdeungpo Station.
For family group, 4min to Seoul station enjoys a location in Seoul, a 7-minute walk from Seoul Station and 1.4 miles from Dongwha Duty Free Shop.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and has a lot of room. There’s a large dining room table which was perfect. Plenty of kitchen appliances for whatever you want. And the hostess was very accommodating! We had a great stay, thank you!!

The host was extremely helpful throughout my stay! Accommodation is in a convenient neighborhood filled with local shops, cafes, restaurants and many convenience stores/markets. Perfect for working remote or solo traveling!
For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Huge room, more like an apartment. It was quiet in the room.
Breakfast was OK, but Polaris is surrounded by cafe's so there is much choice after 10am.
Walking distance to Sangdong metro.
Location is less than 5mins walk to Bucheon City Hall station exit1 with escalator and the walking path to the hotel is flat so it's very convenience for people with big luggages.
Love that the hotel provided various type of cable chargers in the room.
Easy check in and check out.
Overall I would stay here again if I have events to attend nearby.
Spacious room with many facilities. Everything worked well. Huge flatscreen. The bathroom was also very nice. Area around with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets.
