The accommodation has everything that you need for the trip, such as a washer + dryer, travellers plugs, towels, etc. There were even cup noodles and water provided on arrival. Joey made sure we arrived safely at the accommodation on our first day through message and always replied promptly when I had questions. The floor heater was very efficient during our stay in winter. I am so glad that we picked this accommodation for our trip.

Huge room, more like an apartment. It was quiet in the room.
Breakfast was OK, but Polaris is surrounded by cafe's so there is much choice after 10am.
Walking distance to Sangdong metro.
Location is less than 5mins walk to Bucheon City Hall station exit1 with escalator and the walking path to the hotel is flat so it's very convenience for people with big luggages.
Love that the hotel provided various type of cable chargers in the room.
Easy check in and check out.
Overall I would stay here again if I have events to attend nearby.
Spacious room with many facilities. Everything worked well. Huge flatscreen. The bathroom was also very nice. Area around with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets.
