We booked 2 rooms and one off the room was in the basement. The basement room was too humid and with that comes the smell. It had a window with blinds(not useful) and to much light to sleep during the summer long day light hrs while dealing with jet lag.
The other room was fine.
We did use the laundry, umbrella and free drinking water bottles.
The host is very detailed in explaining the facilities and it was good.
