Even though our flight was 2 1/2 hours late the owners waited up for us. We were drenched in a thunderstorm as were our backpacks but the laundry facilities were free and we were able to dry everything. The unit was spacious and the kitchen even had a nespresso machine with free pods. The location was quiet and only 1 stop from Shinjuku. We highly recommend Studio Inn.

The only advantage is there is a separate 2 single beds room, which my daughter can have her privacy. Other than that it is located quite a distance from Ikebukuro station and need to cross the railway tracks! In a quiet area. Plus the living area is small. Though minimum facilities available. No space for car parking, you need to use paid parking lots, which is expensive in Japan.
