The house was very well located. It is modern with a lot of space. The house amenities were excellent. You have everything you need to feel at home. The beds were comfortable, and the futons upstairs as well.
I recommend the house and it is one of the best houses quality/price wise we rentend in Japan.

Good wifi, comfy PJs, a lot of towels.
The place was ok, I was disappointed to find out we do not have a room with lake view (I didn't actually think there were different rooms).
Other than the place had everything we needed, it is in a quiet location, be aware that there are almost no cafes or restaurants open after 5pm.
Also, the weather was surprisingly cold when we came to Hakone and it took a long while to properly heat up the apartment, the floor can get pretty cold, too.
The property was right in the heart of Hakone. Waking up in the morning and seeing Lake Aishi was amazing! The apartment was clean and comfortable to stay in.
The location, the cleanliness, everything about it! These apartments will soon be constantly booked out because once word gets out how good they are, it will be hard to get a booking. Well done LakeSide Inn. Fantastic accommodation! Thank you 😊
