Perfect stay, amazing access to the beach, and everything we needed in the apartment. Fabulous space, everything works, is super clean and loved that they have a washing machine! Huge plus for us as we were traveling for two weeks around Europe. Host was also extremely engaging and communicating with us all the instructions.

Clean and well furnished apartment with anything you might need for your holiday. A/C is perfectly working in the sleeping rooms, which is quite necessary during summer time.
Location is good. Supermarket at walking distance, same for bakery/bar to enjoy a good breakfast to start the day. City center is few minutes driving distance from the place; parking spot was always easy to find in front of the apartment, never an issue.
We never physically met the hosts, but they were daily in contact with us via WhatsApp and checking that everything was running smoothly. They also gently facilitated the procedures at checkout, appreciated.

Antonio was great, no English but we worked around it, pool and grounds amazing, great restaurants, beaches and activities all within 20/30 minute drive. A lovely relaxing break.
Nice apartment in quiet area close to the city of Olbia and short distance to beautiful beaches (30 minutes by car). Hosts were very kind and helpful, domestic animals were so sweet. Really recommend.
Loved the location of this apartment, nestled in the hills with beautifully maintained gardens but only 20 minutes to Olbia by car and a 30 minute drive to some spectacular beaches. Antonio was very welcoming and accommodating and gave us a list of some fabulous places to visit nearby which was really helpful. Lovely pool and really quiet area.
Apartment was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed 🙂 location was very good as well, near beaches both north and south of Olbia. Hosts were very kind, always caring and checking if we're having a good time. They live in the second apartment in the property, but it wasn't bothering at all. We barely met. We had a Great stay!
