Situated in the centre of Olbia, Nuova -Luxury Rooms & Apartment- is a recently renovated accommodation, which features soundproof rooms. With garden views, this accommodation offers a patio and a swimming pool. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. We had a wonderful stay here. Nuova is situated in a great location just a few minutes walk from the heart of Olbia and within easy access to public transportation- even so it is a quiet location. The rooms are modern, bright, airy and extremely clean. The swimming pool is pristine. The whole complex is very well maintained and looked after. The host, Andrea, was most helpful and made some great recommendations in relation to sights and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!!

Had absolutely everything you need. Located right in the heart of the old town but just off the main area so it is very quiet. Lots of free parking close by. Iglesias is very nice place to just relax for a few days, has a very friendly and laid-back vibe.

Excellent location, next to the train station, from where the train goes to the airport, there are also many cafes and restaurants, souvenir shops around. Opposite there is a minimarket with water and fruit. A nice compliment - coffee. The owner was in touch, polite and friendly. Everyone was very pleased. If we return to Cagliari, we will definitely stay here. Thanks a lot

The whole property is beautiful, the apartment was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The beach is just across the street, 5 mins walk max. Car is recommended to reach supermarket and other beaches. Laura and Riccardo were really kind and helpful. There were three of us, with a 2-year-old child. We definitely recommend this place and cannot wait to come back. :)
