Do yourself a favor and stay here with Tatiana and Federico. This was a wonderful room, in a wonderful town, with wonderful hosts. We landed in Olbia in the evening, had to deal with luggage the airline left behind and arrived in San Pantaleo later than expected. Federico and Tatiana were there to met us, heard our sob story and immediately gave us wine to reframe our minds to vacation. They directed us to a great restaurant, that was open late and had wonderful food. Our room felt large compared to other places we have stayed in Europe, was exceptionally clean and comfortable. One window opened to look directly at the church and the window on the other side looked directly at the rugged mountains. They next day, they directed us to places to get toothbrushes, etc to hold us over until we got our luggage and then sent us to a wonderful beach about 13 minutes away. The town itself is everything we wanted with cafes on the Piazza, some winding streets and shops to look in to. I would rate this place 7 out of 5 stars if I could.

Everything!! The apartment was beautiful, large, and well stocked with everything you need. Great kitchen and living area, large modern bathroom, plus a relaxing outdoor area. The garden and pool are an oasis - a truly stunning place to relax and swim. The photos do not do it justice. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay perfect and peaceful. They are very kind and helpful.
Gladys and Maurizio have created a Napa Valley quality hotel in San Pantaleo. The pictures don’t do this place justice! Great location as it is walking distance to town and short drives to local beaches and the port of Palau to take boat rides. The apartments are well stocked with anything you might need. The grounds are immaculately maintained with a pool, sauna, hot tub, lap pool, gym, and self-service bar. Gladys and Maurizio are so welcoming and made our visit a joy. I highly recommend this place!
A well equipped apartment a short walk from the center of the village. We enjoyed the village atmosphere in preference to staying down on the coast. Only a short drive to various beaches but San Pantaleo had a lot more character than the coastal towns.
Very good location, private parking, good contact with the host, amazing view from the garden. The higher apartment with two bedrooms and a living room is just lovely! Perfect place to stay if you plan both to see Costa Smeralda and to enjoy morning coffee in a garden with a stunning view

Great location and very nice apartment on the grounds floor of the house. Spacious, clean and quiet flat. Nice location for visiting the region and beaches within 15min by car. Terrace with a magnificent view of the Sardinian mountains. Very nice for eating or just laying on the deckchair in the sun. Also full of documents on Sardinia available.

5min walking from village center of San Pantaleo with little craft stores and bars to have nice drink the evening or a gelato.

This is a superb modern apartment, decorated with taste and style, and it has all the appliances and conveniences you need. It is equally suitable for solo travellers like myself and for couples. It is in a small and very quiet block of flats and you can't hear much from the street - at least out of season when I went (March). The location on the main road leading into San Pantaleo is brillant!
