Very happy with the stay. The host is very nice, came out to great us, explained us what is around to see. The property is very clean, it is very spacious, well equipped (kitchen supplies, had a baby crib ready). It is in the farm, therefore nice fresh air. Recommend having a car because otherwise there is not much around to be done on foot only.

we really enjoyed our place it was really cosy and clean with all the facilities that we need it was the best choice for staying in terni, so close to the center about 15 minutes walk, also the owner was very kind and welcoming, I highly recommend it.

The apartment is not new but well maintained. It has everything you may need for a comfort stay, including full kitchen, living room, comfort bedroom, spacy bathroom, a balcony and even washing machine. The host Claudia did everything to meet our needs. She even surprised us upon arrival with a home-made cake to enjoy our stay. Thank you, Claudia!

This is an entire spacious apartment with a kitchen equipped well enough to live in permanently and cook up a storm. Updated bathroom. Comfortable bed. Out in the country with a beautiful view. You can’t find nicer hosts anywhere. She even did our laundry!!!
The staff is amazing; very friendly, always available and great service. The hotel itself is a fascinating building, with a lot of history and art. The swimming pool is very clean and there is a pool service too (lunch is great!). Big plus is that the hotel is wheelchair accessible and that the staff is very helpful in thinking along in that respect as well. The rooms are large, very clean and fully equipped.
Great location in the heart of the historic town, right on the Camino Protomartiri pilgrimage route. It provides the weary pilgrim with every luxury. Great communication with very sympathetic landlords. A few steps from the apartment a beautiful little church, a city park and an old authentic bar.
