The location is excellent with quiet beaches and towns in easy reach with all the facilities you could want for a family holiday. The apartment is simple and very well stocked with equipment. Worth noting that the roads are currently unpaved, work is ongoing so I assume fine by next year.
What stood out for me was Sandro (the owner) and his family. They really stepped in to help my parents who arrived before me as we were delayed and did not have a car themselves to do basics like shopping. This sort if kindness is absolutely priceless. I recommend both Sandro and his apartment highly

The apartment was absolutely fine. Nino and his wife took good care of us. We'll return. We have been going to Sardinia every summer for 10 years. I can say that this was our most pleasant accommodation we had in Sardinia.
Really beautiful apartments with amazing view to the horizon and nice decoration. Posada is one of the most rustic villages in Sardegna with lovely traditions. It is also located near many attractions.
The apartment was spacious, modern and very clean. The pool area was a chilled, quiet area yet sociable at the same time.
The location was great, we knew nothing about Sardinia or Posada so we didn't know what to expect when we arrived. Posada is a chilled, cute little town with some nice restaurants so it's a good choice if you have a car.
Luca, Christian and the other hosts made us feel really welcome and treated us like family. They had good communication with us and really helped us out when we needed a favour!!!! Grazie mile!! 😄
A very comfortable apartment, with plenty of space and good value. Gianfranco and Sabine are very friendly and helpful. Sabine keeps bees and upon arriving at the property we got some lovely fresh honey, marmalade and mirto to enjoy during our stay. The location in Posada is directly in the old centre, and was perfect for us to visit destinations on the northeast coast of Sardinia, and there’s a bit of a sea view. The apartment has all the amenities you would need for a slightly longer stay as well. Highly recommended!
Amazing apartment in a beautiful location. You are just a few minutes away from the beach and quite close to San Teodoro in case you want to go out at night. Spacious rooms with really confortable beds and pillows. The landlord is super kind and helpful, and he is geniunely interested in getting to know better his hosts :) I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone interested in having a great time in Sardegna!

We love this stay, Im just sorry we can not stay longer. Apartmant is cozy, confortable, big. In lovely small city with castle, cafe with view is close to apartment. Luigi was friendly, send us all information. Check in was prity easy
The apartment was just what we needed for a short stay in Posada, it was clean and comfortable (and air conditioned!) The beach is only a 25/30 minute walk away and there are small shops near by. Giulia was the perfect host, helping us with anything we needed and joining us for Aperativo on a couple of our nights which was lovely! We felt very looked after and could not have asked for a better stay in a gorgeous location and a very special holiday. Thank you Giulia, we will be back!
