The house was very clean and pretty; the local Host very friendly. The Wi-Fi was perfect without any problem for video call and general smart working. Smart Tv with Netflix, Prime video ecc (but nedd your personal account to watch it).
The rooms are comfortable and the little kitchen and living room are fully furnished with everything necessary.
The bathroom is very nice and spacious. Ultimately, but truly impressive, the beautiful view and proximity to a small private beach.

A gorgeous apartment with a nice front garden and a back yard with the barbecue and all the kitchen staff provided. We liked especially the air conditioning in each room and the area in which the house was located, it’s very calm and quiet by night.
We love this location with a view of the sea in the distance. The apartment is in a quiet environment with the possibility of using the pool. The apartment is big enough for four people, possibly including a child. Communication with the administrator is seamless, but it takes place electronically. We were here for the second year in a row. I highly recommend it.
We spent 8 days in the house and enjoyed it a lot. The apartment is located in a quiet area near to several really nice beaches. The apartment was very clean and is equipped with all necessary things for self catering. Checkin and checkout was very easy and communication with the manager perfect. Would definitely come back!
It was a pleasure to stay here. The apartment is located within the heart of Monte Petrosu, adjacent to a bar and opposite a pizzeria and a gelateria. On-street parking is easy. The interior space is clean and very modern, with 2 en suite bedrooms, good cooking facilities and air conditioning. Even though the street is close, noise is not an issue and the curtains allow for plenty sleep.
We liked everything about it.It was Perfect.From the interior and the layout of the apartment too the outside facilities including outside seating and dinning with a small BBQ and the wonderful pool just a few steps away.Allocated parking,good central location with access to the best beaches withing short driving distance.There is a small beach one can walk too.Great view from our place.Very Rustic ,down to earth and unpretentious.
The apartment is very nice in a pretty residence. We loved the terrace where we could enjoy breakfast and dinner.
The apartment and the residence were sparkling clean. Everything was perfectly organised. What made our stay very special was the welcoming of the property manager/caretaker Asanca. From the minute we arrived until the second we left he did all he could to provide a top class hosting service. Having people like Asanca is what sets you apart from other properties.
Spacious and very comfortable apartment, really nice surroundings, clean and quiet swimming pool. Very good contact with the owner. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend it to families.
The apartment is located in a good neighborhood with many restaurants or mini-markets within walking distance. Also a bit further out you can go to bigger supermarkets or stores. The air conditioning was really good and the beds were comfortable. We were 5 adults and a child and the apartment was very spacious. The swimming pool was big and very relaxing. The hosts were also super friendly.
The flat was great for a couple. It is a self contained studio with a huge garden and really close to sea albeit a short stroll away. We spent a few days in Sardinia for winter sun and the staff at DomusAway were incredibly helpful with suggestions and things to do (as most of the touristy things in Sardinia are closed in December). At some point we had issues with our rental car and ended up renting a replacement car using MotusAway (their sister brand)
