We loved the location! This community is a photo op in any direction. The neighbors welcomed us like family. The apartment itself was far more than what we anticipated. Everything appeared to be new. It was very comfortable and spacious. We wish we could have stayed a week.
We had an absolutely superb stay in the apartment with garden view. It was modern, spacious, and exuded a cozy atmosphere. While the kitchen equipment may not have been extensive, it had all the essentials we needed. The real highlight, though, was the swimming pool and the picturesque view it offered.

Real nice place for the perfect rest of mind and soul. The owner Marco and his wife were really friendly.
The location is great in the center of Umbria which allows traveling everywhere. Quiet residential street, parking at the door. The apartment is nicely appointed and very comfortable, everything you need is at your disposal. The host lives next door, very hospitable and super-attentive. He greeted us with a bottle of wine and chocolates. Always responded within minutes to any inquiries.
