The apartment itself is wonderful apart from sound issues. Modern clean and spacious. Easy to get out and about from the main road. Good off-street parking for the car. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable living spaces.

Location may pose a problem only for those without a car who want to see the Reykjavik downtown (it's 10-15 min. drive).
