The apartment was gorgeous with loads of parking outside. Ann made us feel very welcome with freshly made bread on the kitchen counter when we checked in. Such a fab surprise plus it tasted amazing.

It was the perfect location. Safe, homely, warm, clean it had parking. Beautiful pubs 2min walk away. The Shannon 2min walk away. Margaret was so lovely, kind and helpful. I cant rate this place highly enough. It was perfect for us and our trip and I would definitely stay there again.

Superb location for us as we loved the views and the solitude, peace and quiet of nature all around. The apartment is above the family home with seperate access and was very tastefully designed, spacious with a number of areas to sit and relax, 3 large bedrooms. Plenty of room and wonderful views.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
We had a great weekend at 5* Self Catering. A food parcel had been left for us on arrival, and the house had been made child friendly with stair gates, a cot, and a changing table. The setting was also really nice, and there was lots of room for our son to run around.
Kind hosts with cosy and clean rooms. We had everything we needed for our short stay. I especially enjoyed the beautiful wisteria growing on the trellis.
Excellent place for our young girls we stopped for two nights on way to Kerry from Meath location lovely nice little walks food was lovely, don’t be put off by apartment entrance (back of Larkins) smells poor “sewage” and looks poor on outside but nice little stay… we will be back for sure. Would be nice if could be cleaned up towards the back especially for paying overnighters. But in general an excellent stay and lovely people. Thanks!☘️
Our stay in Garrykennedy Harbour View Apartment was excellent . Great location.. we had a problem with the heating but Kilian was on hand and got it fixed very quickly..located behind Larkins Bar & Restaurant.. we had dinner on 1 evening & the food is so good..
Amazing location, fantastic views, quiet & clean. This apartment is a perfect get away for someone or a couple looking for a clean, cosy, well furnished and equipped place to stay. The host was fantastic & provided a wonderful surprise of breakfast in the apartment for us. Highly recommend for a nice secluded get away. Wonderful food at the bar/restaurant only 5 mins away & Nenagh town is only a 15 min drive away.
The apartment is very spacious with all the modern amenities. The owner is really helpful. Upon checking out we left our watch in the apartment. Later we contacted the owner and he shipped the watch to our home address in quick time.
Will be planning another visit soon.
an absolutely beautiful studio style apartment overlooking the Tipperary hills. The room has been decorated with luxury and detail. The bed was incredible.
