We liked the large room with two comfortable beds. The refrigerator and microwave were just what we needed for our simple meals. The sunset out our window was gorgeous and added to the beautiful view. Mary Rose was very welcoming.

The hotel was very comfortable and well appointed. It was not like a standard chain Hotel. There were several comfortable sitting areas and a lovely bar with a fireplace. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, it was some of the best food we had in Ireland

VERY clean. Plenty of supplies. Great location - next to a river, above a restaurant, steps from a pub, great parking. Wonderful, friendly, and kind hosts. Excellent food in the restaurant below that the hosts own.

terrific in town location. easy walk to almost everything. very quiet despite it being on a busy street. we were on the fourth floor which had great views including of the water /Galway Bay. physical check-in and check out is one block away at the Western hotel. there's somebody there 24/7. well equipped with toiletries hair dryer, poor purchase snacks and drinks at a decimal price. also, intuitive and easy to use combined clothes. washer/ dryer

The premises are self-catering so we ate out a few times but also cooked and ate breakfast in the apartment. We found all the necessary equipment for cooking.

The Barrybeag apartment was spacious and quaint and comfortable. The grounds are absolutely stunning, and the map of the property makes it very clear exactly how far from town you’ll be. It’s an easy 15-20 minute walk in gorgeous country, and it is SO PEACEFUL at the property. We loved everything about it and rank it in our top 3 stays during our entire month in Ireland.
Neat accommodation set up, ideal for short stays like our visit, but I'd definitely come back and use it as a longer term base from which to explore the Burren area. Good quality and value in a good location.
Hosts were very welcoming. Beautifully clean, appointed self catering Studio with fresh supplies of bread,milk, tea, coffee and cake. Perfect location for visiting Aillwee Caves and a good stop along The Wild Atlantic Way.
