Suci, Jeff and their staff are very lovely and will fulfill your every wish. The moment you arrive at their place they will welcome you with open arms and treat you like family. the rooms are clean and comfy, they have all the amenities that you could wish for: warm water, ACs, water bottles, toothbrush sets, free wifi and even netflix and indohome on the big smart-TV. You can tell that they value high quality. Jeff is a very interesting personality who can tell you a lot about the island. The breakfast also is very good. They provide free fruits, cereals and juices, but you can also get nasi goreng if you pay for it.

Wolfgang and Amel, the owners, were super helpful with tips and ready to explain everything you needed - thanks a million both of you and your team! The location is excellent - far from the city noises but close to a beautiful beach for swimming - Nipah - you need a taxi or scooter to get there - 5-7 minutes.
We really felt like being home to our relatives/friends!

For the first 3 nights on Lombok, we were looking for a private place where we could just relax, enjoy the view, read a book, and have all facilities within reach. Our stay in Mentigi Bay Dome Villas answered all that perfectly.
The place is well designed, with cosy details, though it does need some maintenance.
The one man staff, Hardi, is super! He is receptionist, housekeeping, cook and more! He is also nice company!
Booking via Booking.com was a bit confusing, It seemed that with the more expensive option, we had booked a completely equipped villa with private terrace and pool, but when we arrived we were given a dome not much bigger than the bed, without terrace and pool. When we showed our booking this was immediately changed and we were given a spacious dome that fulfilled all our expectations.
For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
We love everything about this place. Squeaky clean with good quality furniture and facilities, and most importantly, it feels very homey. We go to Mataram very often and are bored of staying in hotels, so Suci's apartment is the best option for us. Our children love it so much as it has spacious space for them to play, we regret that we could not extend our stay but definitely will be back there on our next trip!.. :)
The room is spacious and the furniture is very comfortable. The hosts live downstairs and were very helpful with any questions we had. Our child really enjoyed having the garden across the street and all the neighborhood children to play with. We spent 11 nights at Suci's apartment and were very comfortable throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to stay there again and recommend it to other families visiting this part of Lombok.
The staff was very nice and helpful, we also enjoyed breakfast very much. We appreciated possibility of free water refilling. For short stay it was fine.
Meeting Jeff and Suci was one of the best things I could have experienced when I arrived in Lombok. During my stay in the apartment it felt like I was in a home. I have been travelling for 5 months and it felt good to stay at a place where they see you as family. Because of them I could climb Rinjani for a good price, for whoever wants the climb the mountain, make sure you book it through them.
Nice place to stay with a very pleasant pool, good places to chill and everything you need. The people there are incredible helpful too. Scooter rental was also possible.
