It was great staying at Suci's. We had a nice communication all the time, even being odd times with the time difference between us!
Suci was available all times, helping us with every question or request.
The place is super clean, the beds were the most comfortable ones in all the trip!!
Good breakfast too served in the private balcony every morning.
We went with Suci and family (friends and neighbours) on several ocassions (airport pickup, day tours, etc) They are like a small friendly community where everybody is willing to speak and help and things simply work out!
Snorkel tours organized with Sun (Suci's uncle) are highly recomended!! Good priced and good vibes all the time!
Recomended to anyone who want to be a bit off the beaten track when It comes to accomodation. It is the perfect old style small family b&b that you can not miss.

We loved this private apartment- the door is nestled into the side of the boutique below. The room was spacious and had beautiful wood detailing and had ambient lighting with nice backlit features. The bathroom was modern and had nice shower features plus provided conditioner on top of shampoo and body wash (we found this uncommon in our other stays in Indonesia). Other nice small details included snacks and a water dispenser which matched the aesthetic of the apartment. The upstairs area had a nice deck to lie on and lounge seating. The area was close to heaps of restaurants and bars and was a short walk from the wharf. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating during our stay.
Situated in Teluk Nara and only 600 metres from Mentigi Beach, Anugrah Hotel features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking.

For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. We love everything about this place. Squeaky clean with good quality furniture and facilities, and most importantly, it feels very homey. We go to Mataram very often and are bored of staying in hotels, so Suci's apartment is the best option for us. Our children love it so much as it has spacious space for them to play, we regret that we could not extend our stay but definitely will be back there on our next trip!.. :)
The room is spacious and the furniture is very comfortable. The hosts live downstairs and were very helpful with any questions we had. Our child really enjoyed having the garden across the street and all the neighborhood children to play with. We spent 11 nights at Suci's apartment and were very comfortable throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to stay there again and recommend it to other families visiting this part of Lombok.
The staff was very nice and helpful, we also enjoyed breakfast very much. We appreciated possibility of free water refilling. For short stay it was fine.
Meeting Jeff and Suci was one of the best things I could have experienced when I arrived in Lombok. During my stay in the apartment it felt like I was in a home. I have been travelling for 5 months and it felt good to stay at a place where they see you as family. Because of them I could climb Rinjani for a good price, for whoever wants the climb the mountain, make sure you book it through them.
Nice place to stay with a very pleasant pool, good places to chill and everything you need. The people there are incredible helpful too. Scooter rental was also possible.
