I stayed at Bupon House during the Bali metal rock festival (JMfest) since it’s conveniently located next to Setra Jasan Desa Sebatu, where the event was hosted. The hotel was a fantastic choice for my stay.
It’s tucked away off the main road, providing a quiet and peaceful environment. The place was incredibly clean, and my room was spacious with a big, comfortable bed (two beds pushed together, but it was still very cozy). The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the large bathroom was another plus.
The staff were exceptional – friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. They really added to the positive experience.
If you’re attending an event nearby or just looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend Bupon House!

This is our second stay with the Oculus group. The first time at its main old hotel, which was great. So much so that we'd returned for a second stay within just 5 months. We thought we would give their new Kesa Oculus a try. However, it was a real disappointment. The upsides: the really big and comfortable bed, pillows and bedsheets! Love them and the view, as always, is spectacular.

Near to the lakes and waterfalls, and we could see monkeys from our room in the morning.
Very helpful staff that took care of transfer reservation from and to the airport and of the scooter rental.
The breakfast was served in the room and it was possible to have dinner until 10pm
Cute little cabins right across from the lake. The rooms were clean and cozy with a TV, kettle, hot water, and extra pillows. The staff were friendly and very helpful in sorting out tours, cars, bike rentals etc. They had bikes that my daughter could ride around the property which was nice.
The rooms are clean and the bathroom is big, the beds are quite comfortable. The property is quite beautiful. The sky garden view is amazing. The cost is good and they have bike rental which costs about 75k rupiah a day which is quite cheap. Has many hotels nearby, and there is a supermarket within 500m radius
Everything was awesome, friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms, good food at the restaurant. As location is very close to many points of interest in Bedugul like Handara Gate, Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, Selfie points, waterfalls they can help with renting a scooter at a fair price, with pickup and delivery at the location.
We also met Chris, the manager, an awesome person which helped us with the transfers to and from the location and with the scooter rental.
Nice little hotel, comfortable bed, nice pool area, meals available at the property if you didn’t want to go out and bike rental available which is good! The owner kindly gave us a lift to our next location.
The view was spectacular, on first appearance, it was like an oil painting.... the rice fields golden in the sun, and the scarecrows formal outits lol...
The staff we also very friendly, and the food was above average... lots of healthy options... and a cute yoga studio with also a view to die for.... the gardens manicured to perfection too....
Had a good night sleep too, which is always a good measure for me!
This is just a beautiful hotel and and the staff is very helpful! Also the food served was tasty. I liked how the apartments were decorated and how the hotel area was arranged.
Staff , facilities, locations for us is top notch . we loved our short stay . container is very well maintained and pleasing wind from lake is awesome . staffs are very helpful and happy to assist .
This place is really nice, very spacious and clean with a great bathroom. Amazing price for what you get and just a super cozy apartment. We ended up just staying in the apartment all day and just hang out:) really recommend this
