Dea herself is a wonderful host. She offered to pick us up from the airport and then drove us to the train station. There was even a bottle of local wine as a gift. The apartment is cozy, very personalized and has everything one needs for a few days stay. Balcony is large and has a cute swing. Overall, we felt comfortable and made ourselves at home. The location is awesome too. There are grocery stores, fruit markets, a grand mall and beach within 2-3 min walk.

We recently stayed at a hotel apartment by the beach and had a mixed experience. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning view of the Black Sea, which was truly breathtaking. The staff were extremely nice, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay more pleasant.

The location of the hotel is exceptional! You live almost on the beach with beautiful sea and mountain views from your balcony. The apartments are not small, the rooms are clean, the windows are wide, the beds are comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly and willing to help. The rooftop pool is amazing, the kids loved it.
The view from the guesthouse was beautiful and relaxing. The room overlooked the slope and the Black Sea coast which was nice to experience, also, with no first hand experience due to a short stay the infinity pool and yoga studio seemed to be quite nice.

I really loved our time at Royal House Kvariati. The location was amazing, our host was extremely friendly, and checking in/out was very convenient! Everything was as advertised and the price was more than fair for the value of the rental. The rooftop was my favorite, such great views and the lights/furniture is a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot!
To sum up this flat is good to stay. But I had a problem with stuff, firstly they charged incorrect amount of money. Fortunately they gave this money back . Also the towels were changed just two times and after that you have to wash it by yourself.
