The room was clean and big, all the furniture was new. Very close to the beach, 2 min on foot and no highways on the way. Nice pool with separate towels, small market is directly in the building. The room was quiet.

Great location - the hotel is on the beach, but on the other side there are green mountains. There is everything you need in appartment. Bed is comfortable, also sofa is suitable. Balcony with sea and mountain views is very cosy, there is nessesery outdoor furniture there.

We recently stayed at a hotel apartment by the beach and had a mixed experience. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning view of the Black Sea, which was truly breathtaking. The staff were extremely nice, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay more pleasant.
Great apartment, bright and comfortable. Everything was clean, a lot of useful stuff, amazing sea view. The host is very sweet and helpful, always in touch and answers fast.
The location of the hotel is exceptional! You live almost on the beach with beautiful sea and mountain views from your balcony. The apartments are not small, the rooms are clean, the windows are wide, the beds are comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly and willing to help. The rooftop pool is amazing, the kids loved it.
The view from the guesthouse was beautiful and relaxing. The room overlooked the slope and the Black Sea coast which was nice to experience, also, with no first hand experience due to a short stay the infinity pool and yoga studio seemed to be quite nice.
Nice hotel with a beautiful view, pool is on the top of the hotel with views on mountains and Black Sea. Apartment was very clean, there were everything we needed in it. Great staff, they were always ready to help us ❤
I really loved our time at Royal House Kvariati. The location was amazing, our host was extremely friendly, and checking in/out was very convenient! Everything was as advertised and the price was more than fair for the value of the rental. The rooftop was my favorite, such great views and the lights/furniture is a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot!
To sum up this flat is good to stay. But I had a problem with stuff, firstly they charged incorrect amount of money. Fortunately they gave this money back . Also the towels were changed just two times and after that you have to wash it by yourself.
