It is a small, but well appointed apartment. We were in town to see the Royal Armories Museum, so it was an absolutely fantastic location for us. A minute or two walk and we were there. The kitchen had a coffee press (first one I had available to me on our trip) and enough pots/pans/etc. to make or meals there. There was also a little Tesco (grocery store) just around the edge of the building. There are restaurants quite close and a large shopping center about 10 minutes walk. There is also a canal nearby with a bridge that made for a nice walk also. The bathroom was good sized and had everything we needed (shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer). The kitchen also had milk and eggs in the fridge, coffee, tea, sugar and creamer provided. Our hostess was fantastic and allowed us to check in about an hour early, which was so wonderful after our journey.

Beautifully furnished and had everything we needed.
We drove from London with modest expectations, but the location exceeded them! We had dinner at the Thai restaurant (Sukhothai Chapel Allerton) recommended in the book, and it was superb. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and met all our standards. It’s spacious and minimal, offering everything you need plus a high standard of cleanliness. We would definitely stay here again.

The flat was well appointed, comfortable and very clean. Perfect for our two night stay. The pool table was a great fun bonus. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and on hand immediately if you needed them.

A lovely modern and clean apartment. Perfect for a small family or group of friends. It was set out perfectly, the beds were really comfortable, I absolutely loved the decor and the little treats were a nice surprise when we turned up. Thankyou, we will for sure book again if in the area.
This apartment is beautifully appointed and styled. It is really clean and comfortable. The welcome pack of beer, mini gins and snacks are a nice touch to enjoy during your stay.
The location is convenient being close to shops, restaurants, a couple of pubs and a few minutes walk to Roundhay Park. The hosts are super efficient responding to any queries. I would definitely stay here again.
The flat itself was lovely, the setting was great and the facilities were very good. It was well equipped, and spacious and we would have really enjoyed our stay if there weren't other problems
This really is a ‘beautifully appointed apartment’ in an excellent position in Roundhay. It is warm, clean, stylish and modern. There are good restaurants, pubs, supermarkets (even an award winning butcher for those breakfast sausages and bacon) within a few steps from the front door. WiFi is good and if you do need to work there is space to do so. Communication from our hosts was friendly and informative. And, thank you Zoe for the thoughtful welcome gift.
