Very roomy, clean and modern apartment. Easy walking distance from the train station, but in a quiet spot opposite a lovely square. Easy striking distance from great places to eat, pubs and other things to do. There's also a handy Tesco Express just round the corner.
The hidden hot tub room is fun, and great for a relaxing soak. All appliances nice and easy to use. Bit of a winner all round tbf.

The location was excellent - easy walk to the city centre, bars and restaurants. The apartment had just been refurbished so the appliances were all brand new. We rented the 2 bedroom apartment and the photos were accurate. We were met by the manager who then went out and bought us bottled water, milk, juice and chocolates! Very nice touch.

It was all fantastic. Beautiful building. Beautiful apartment. A lot of character and charm to the place. Amazing views across the city rooftops. Elliot was a brilliant host also. Very friendly and welcoming! I took both my children (aged 10 and 11) they absolutely loved it! My son fell off the sofa bed twice but these things happen 😂 overall 10 out of 10

We drove from London with modest expectations, but the location exceeded them! We had dinner at the Thai restaurant (Sukhothai Chapel Allerton) recommended in the book, and it was superb. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and met all our standards. It’s spacious and minimal, offering everything you need plus a high standard of cleanliness. We would definitely stay here again.

The flat was well appointed, comfortable and very clean. Perfect for our two night stay. The pool table was a great fun bonus. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and on hand immediately if you needed them.

A lovely modern and clean apartment. Perfect for a small family or group of friends. It was set out perfectly, the beds were really comfortable, I absolutely loved the decor and the little treats were a nice surprise when we turned up. Thankyou, we will for sure book again if in the area.
This apartment is beautifully appointed and styled. It is really clean and comfortable. The welcome pack of beer, mini gins and snacks are a nice touch to enjoy during your stay.
The location is convenient being close to shops, restaurants, a couple of pubs and a few minutes walk to Roundhay Park. The hosts are super efficient responding to any queries. I would definitely stay here again.
The flat itself was lovely, the setting was great and the facilities were very good. It was well equipped, and spacious and we would have really enjoyed our stay if there weren't other problems
This really is a ‘beautifully appointed apartment’ in an excellent position in Roundhay. It is warm, clean, stylish and modern. There are good restaurants, pubs, supermarkets (even an award winning butcher for those breakfast sausages and bacon) within a few steps from the front door. WiFi is good and if you do need to work there is space to do so. Communication from our hosts was friendly and informative. And, thank you Zoe for the thoughtful welcome gift.
