Our hosts were proactive, gave us directions before we needed them. The location and views are spectacular, and we were lucky to have had dry sunny weather during our stay. It is a spacious cottage, so glad they didn't try and cram an extra bedroom in; instead there is a massive upstairs lounge area with great views.
Didn't use the cooking facilities but it had a clean, well appointed kitchen; coffee & tea & milk for us on arrival were a nice touch.

We liked that it is a huge apartment and has everything you need. Funny, my husband loves trains so having that as your view was a bucket list. Parking behind the building was great, we could see our car from our bedrooms.this was our second time staying and didn't fail our expectations.

The whole set up was wonderful. It was great to have our own little private area with decking, bbq and hot tub. Inside the cabin it was lovely and had everything we needed for a short stay. Good facilities close by in Inverurie and Kintore for shopping and takeaways. Graham was so helpful with taxi contacts for a wedding we were due to go to and also sharing information with us regarding the hot tubs and the kitchen suite for our own log cabin we are building in our garden. He was very friendly and approachable. 😊
Very clean facilities, modern, perfect couple get away, one of the best short stays I've ever had me and my partner fell in love with this and will definitely be regulars, hot tube is clean warm and easy to use, everything you need provided and every detail thoughout of carefully within the lodge, highly recommend to anyone and will be doing so in fact.
