We loved the location. Small town without out the hustle and bustle of a big city. The apartment had great views and was close to the local store and bakery.

Our hosts were proactive, gave us directions before we needed them. The location and views are spectacular, and we were lucky to have had dry sunny weather during our stay. It is a spacious cottage, so glad they didn't try and cram an extra bedroom in; instead there is a massive upstairs lounge area with great views.
Didn't use the cooking facilities but it had a clean, well appointed kitchen; coffee & tea & milk for us on arrival were a nice touch.

Having a living room to relax in whilst kids were in bed was an added bonus, not possible with your average hotel room. Location was perfect for my needs. Close enough to Aberdeen and being outwith the LEZ helps alot.

We liked that it is a huge apartment and has everything you need. Funny, my husband loves trains so having that as your view was a bucket list. Parking behind the building was great, we could see our car from our bedrooms.this was our second time staying and didn't fail our expectations.

The property is in an excellent location with an array of shops, bars and restaurants within short walking distance. The flat itself was immaculate, rooms spacious and comfortable and some very thoughtful gestures left by the hosts.
This was most definitely a 5* self catering. Absolutely beautiful grounds, all the suites were to a very high standard with glamourous bathrooms and very comfortable beds, gorgeous artwork and fresh flowers in every room. The welcome basket had local items such as eggs and strawberries along with the basics such as coffee and milk. Even provided a homemade bread. All these luxury touches make this a very special place. Very great care taken of everything and of us.
